How to stop gnome-schedule from sending mails?

I use gnome-schedule in a permanent running UI session on Debian 7.9 Wheezy/Gnome 3.4.2.1.

For each run, I get a mail into the local mailbox of the corresponding user, telling Launching JOB_DESCRIPTION.. (where JOB_DESCRIPTION is the text, I entered in gnome-schedule)

I can not remember, if I activated this output to debug the execution of these jobs; anyway, now I do not find an option to turn this off.

The mails are sent from From: root@hostname (Cron Daemon) with subject Subject: Cron <user@hostname> /usr/bin/python /usr/share/gnome-schedule/xwrapper.py c 1 # JOB_ID_1.

Any hints on how to stop these mails?

Note: for other purposes I use classical command-line crontabs as well. If there is no possibility to stop gnome-schedule from this behavior, I will switch to them – but I wanna try it with gnome-schedule first.
